Formed in 1993, Kharwa & Associates are Registered Accountants and Tax Practitioners. We provide turnkey solutions taking care of clients financial work which include among others Accounting, Taxation, Management Accounting, Payroll, UIF, Workmen’s Compensation, Risk Management and Corporate Governance.
Our executive staff are all seasoned practitioners who are members and or associates of SAIPA, SAICA, the Institute of Accounting and Commerce (IAC), the Institute of Directors, the Institute of Internal Auditors and the Institute of Risk Management of South Africa. We are registered Professional Accountants and offer services in Financial statements, management accounts, cash flow analysis, business profitability, business plans, valuations and reports
Bookkeeping
Taxation
We are registered tax practitioners and provide VAT, PAYE, SDL, EMP501, Income tax, tax clearance, foreign investment clearance and tax advice
Payroll
We handle complete payroll processing—generating payslips, calculating PAYE, UIF, and submitting WCA/COIDA. Our service ensures compliance with SARS and the Department of Labour, letting you focus on growing your business while we manage your obligations.
